We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Tibet Library, a community-driven literary resource located within the Richmond, California. This initiative is designed to offer residents an opportunity to engage with the rich heritage and vibrant traditions of Tibet.
Collection and Resources
The library curates a specialized selection of literature focusing on Tibetan history, philosophy, and culture. Notably, the collection includes foundational handbooks authored by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, providing profound insights into the values of compassion and mindfulness.
Community Engagement
Members of the community are cordially invited to visit the library to explore these resources or borrow titles for personal study. To support the growth of this initiative, we are currently accepting donations of books pertaining to Tibet. Your contributions would be greatly valued and will assist in expanding our collective knowledge.
Our Mission: It is our sincere hope that this resource serves as a meaningful educational cornerstone, fostering a deeper understanding of the Tibetan people and their enduring legacy within our neighborhood.
